Skangas has bunkered LNG using its new bunker vessel Coralius to a tanker at the Port of Gothenburg for the first time.
Skangas has signed an agreement with Statoil for delivery of LNG fuel for its platform supply vessels (PSV).
Fjord Line is to bunker its new LNG ferries while passengers are on board, once permission is granted by Norwegian authorities.
Skangass has commissioned the first LNG bunker and feeder vessel to be built in Europe. The Coralius will be built by Royal Bodewes in the Netherlands and owned by Swedish-Dutch joint venture Sirius Veder Gas.
LNG operator Skangass has announced that it has agreed to charter the ‘Coral Anthelia’ LNG tanker from Anthony Veder, to work alongside the ‘Coral Energy’.
