Our busy Marine workshop needs a full-time engineer/technician. Applicants need a sound engineering background and a good knowledge of marine engines and should have proven skills in mechanical engineering and experience with outboard and inboard marine engines.
Prospective candidates without this experience need not apply.
The role involves general maintenance of a variety of marine engines and associated equipment, rebuilds/refit and fit-out of new boats.
A basic level of computer literacy is required and it is important to be reasonably fit as the role involves a substantial amount of manual labour indoors and out. This is a varied, interesting and rewarding position in a small, friendly, highly efficient marine business in a beautiful part of the country.
A full driving licence is essential. We offer continued development, product training and a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
We are a well-established business with a high, professional standard of workmanship. We are proud of our ‘team’ who take pride in their working standards. The company is focused and is customer driven.
If you are flexible, reliable and fit within the above criteria, we would like to hear from you.
