Cosalt sold to Survitec

Survitec Group has added further to its portfolio of marine safety interests through its acquisition of the marine division of Cosalt plc, in a deal valued at £31million.
The Cosalt marine business supplies a range of marine safety equipment including liferafts, lifejackets and immersion suits and provides a number of associated services to customers serving the marine industry from a network of locations in the UK and mainland Europe. The takeover includes Cosalt International Ltd., Cosalt Seguridad Maritima SL, Cosalt GmbH, Cosalt N.V. and Cosalt BV.
