Novenco Nippon has been appointed as part of Bestobell's international trading strategy

Bestobell Valves, part of the President Engineering Group, has appointed a new agent in Japan to develop its business even further in the Far East.

Novenco Nippon, based in Kobe, supplies a wide range of industrial equipment to the marine industry and has been commended for its expertise in helping international businesses to sell in Japan.

“The company has a strong reputation and has excellent contacts with Japanese shipyards and owners. With the increase in the building of new LNG Carriers in the Far East, Novenco Nippon will help us to further increase market share for our valves in this region,” said Duncan Gaskin, sales director, Bestobell LNG Valves.

He added: “Around 88% of our business is from export and we see the Far East as a rapidly growing market for our cryogenic valves, particularly for marine fuel applications. This is part of our strategy of providing a global approach, but with local partners who understand the issues and respond quickly to the needs of customers in specific countries.”

Novenco Nippon is also a trading partner of Novenco Group, a Danish company which manufactures ventilation and air conditioning systems that are widely used within cruise ships and other vessels.
