ICS wants harmony from PSC on SECA implementation

Peter Hinchliffe: “The industry is investing billions of dollars in order to ensure compliance”

The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) says that it wants the Paris MoU on Port State Control to ensure that a harmonised approach to PSC inspections has been developed with respect to 0.1% Sulphur Emission Control Areas (ECAs).
