Training module from Seagull targets MLC
Norwegian maritime training specialist Seagull has been prompted by anticipated enforcement of the International Labour Organization’s Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006) to augment its computer-based training packages with new modules detailing the responsibilities of shipboard officers, and focusing on compliance.
