New web interface enhances RINA transparency

Genoa-based classification society RINA has published a new web interface in the ‘marine member’ area of its corporate website www.rina.org.
This allows members immediate access to the RINA rules and relevant updates and guidelines. The new link also offers enhanced accessibility to most of the rules published by RINA which can additionally be downloaded in pdf format.
The new web interface is part of an ongoing commitment to continually improve the service to clients and to further enhance the transparency of RINA rules and policies. Until now, RINA has offered free-of-charge internet consultation on its ship classification rules, with all other RINA rules available in paper format.
In the new interface, there is a brief description of the contents of each publication, an indication of the current available edition, and instructions on how to order the paper format.
