Licenses for LNG export facilities in the US are already being prioritised for facilties servbing or served by US vessels

Legislation under development by the US on the export of LNG – and crude oil if a historical export ban is lifted – could result in foreign ship operators being excluded from the lucrative market, the International Chamber of Shipping has warned.
