CSSC Marine Service Co (CMS), the worldwide equipment service subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC), is to deliver a retrofit solution to prevent engine starting problems that may occur on some common-rail two-stroke engines with less viscous low-sulphur fuels.
