He leads a project, which quantifies an abatement cost curve for alternative fuels to assess alternative fuel supply potential by 2030 under the IMO NZF.<\/p>\n<p>Boudewijn also co-authored a recent paper on reward mechanisms for low-emission energy. It summarizes the set of variables policymakers may consider when designing a reward program, and the trade-offs across size of incentive, fiscal durability, and environmental integrity.
