The technical visit to Scandlines\u2019 hybrid ferry ‘Deutschland’ will mark the official end of the inaugural Propulsion & Future Fuels. On the third and final day of Propulsion & Future Fuels delegates are invited to take part in the technical visit on board the Scandlines hybrid ferry ‘Deutschland’, a unique RoPax and railway vessel.<\/p>\n
The ferry will depart from Puttgarden at 13:45 and transport will be provided from the Empire Riverside Hotel to Puttgarden, returning to Hamburg after the visit in the late afternoon.<\/p>\n
During the delegates’ tour of the ‘Deutschland’, Senior Vice President of Route Management & Operations, Michael Guldmann Petersen, will give a presentation of Scandlines hybrid and zero emission project followed by a tour of the engine room and the bridge.<\/p>\n
