Sami received a Doctorate in Science from Helsinki University of Technology in 2005 and since then has intensively worked on technology concepts for renewable energy and marine technology.  <\/p>\n

He has conducted the development of integrated marine fuel cell solutions since 2017, when ABB integrated the first marine fuel cell systems for two 100 kW demonstrators and joined the European research projects \u201cMARANDA\u201d and \u201cFLAGSHIPS\u201d. He has also contributed to the development of an integrated fuel cell solution for the hydrogen powered megayacht \u201cBreakthrough\u201d, and the European hydrogen valley project \u201cBalticSeaH2\u201d.  <\/p>\n
