The deal includes Warbreck?s lease on Clarence Dry Docks; three drydocks measuring up to 135.3m x 15.9m that service west coast tonnage such as tankers, tugs and OSVs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The acquisition is an important addition to the group as it increases our capacity for repair work on Merseyside.
