The work will be carried out in two stages at a cost of $222 million.<\/p>\n<p>The first stage involves the building of a 50,000DWT and a 10,000dwt newbuilding dry dock, a 100,000dwt dock for ship repair and an extension to the current 300,000dwt repair dock.
