The agreement will be managed by SHIMEX (Ship Materials Import Export Company) a business unit of Vinashin.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement means Hempel is well poised to develop sales activities with customers in the north of Vietnam, in both the newbuilding and ship repair segments.
