Frangoulis. The total construction is worth about $165 million. <\/p>\n<p>The 35,000 dwt bulk carriers will be of the same design as the <i>Handy Wind<\/i> that has been selected as the best ship of the year by the <i>Naval Architect<\/i> magazine.
