This latest order, placed with W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 in August, is in addition to an earlier order in March. Together the contracts comprise W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 31DF dual-fuel engines, hybrid propulsion and power management, the capability to operate on LNG and BioLNG fuel, and the Nacos Platinum system.<\/p>\n

The W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 Nacos Platinum system is a combination of control systems for navigation, automation, power and propulsion, as well as the W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 Data Bridge platform. By integrating all these functions into a single integrated system, the vessel can be navigated, controlled, and monitored from various onboard positions. The Data Bridge solution provides data analytics optimised by Eniram that give insights into the vessel\u2019s performance, enhancing the vessel\u2019s operational and technical efficiency.<\/p>\n
