The 40m vessel, which is part of a multi-vessel contract, was built at Strategic Marine\u2019s Vietnam shipyard then shipped to its Singapore yard for technical fittings and delivery.<\/p>\n
Ron Anderson, executive director of Strategic Marine said: “This has been, and continues to be, a great order and a great client relationship for us. The Jati Six<\/i> is good to go, and we’re looking forward to completing the multi-vessel order on time and to full specification with the Jati Eight<\/i>.”<\/p>\n
Jati Six<\/i>, which has been classed by ABS, can carry up to 58 passengers and operates with a crew of 10. The 50 tonne vessel features Cummins KTA engines and can reach speeds of up to 25 knots.<\/p>\n
The larger Jati Eight<\/i> can carry up to 70 passengers and is scheduled for delivery at the end of this year.<\/p>\n
