Voith and Trasys, the former parent company of ELIN Motoren, signed a sales agreement for ELIN Motoren on 20 December, 2019 and the deal completed on 30 April 2020. ELIN Motoren will remain an independent business and will continue to use the ELIN Motoren brand.<\/p>\n

ELIN Motoren has around 1,000 employees and generates a turnover of aproximately \u20ac120 million. The company manufactures electric motors and generators in small series, as well as bespoke solutions for industrial applications. In this area, the company focuses on electric machines, motors and generators, in particular for wind energy and decentralised energy generation. Its target markets are wind energy, plastics, tunnels and mining, oil and gas, plant construction, as well as power plants.<\/p>\n
