SK authorities cancel Panasia GloEn TA

MOF, the South Korean ministry responsible for overseeing the country’s marine industry, has cancelled the type approval for Panasia’s GloEn ballast water treatment systems.

Panasia is challenging a MOF order to retrofit GloEn BWTS systems on 1,145 vessels: a final decision is due on 13 March.
