Fincantieri signs deal to operate new shipyard in Mexico

Fincantieri has signed a deal to operate a new shipyard in the Americas, after signing a letter of intent with the local administration in Yucatán State, Mexico. Under the terms of the agreement, Fincantieri will be granted a 40-year concession to manage a new ship repair, conversion and maintenance yard at the Port of Progreso.
