NEW PRECIPITATES TECHNIQUE BOOST STRENGTH, DUCTILITY OF STRUCTURAL ALLOYS

Scientists at the Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, have developed a method for simultaneously increasing the strength and ductility of an alloy.
