Chevron acquisition expands biodiesel focus

Chevron has accelerated progress toward its goal to increase renewable fuels production capacity to 100,000 barrels per day by 2030 with the acquisition of Renewable Energy Group (REG).

Renewable Energy Group has established strategic partnerships with North American bunker suppliers, such as Bunker One, to develop markets for bio-diesel fuels.
