Lack of effective engine repair cited in contact incident

A main engine starting problem led to the contact between an oil tanker and a loading dock in the Port of Corpus Christi, Texas, according to a National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigation.

The incident resulted in damage to the no 4 Moda dock catwalk and the Riverside.
