HYON and Mitsui collaborate on CH2 bunkering

Norway-based HYON has entered a collaboration agreement with Japan’s Mitsui & Co. that sets the stage for large-scale development of compressed hydrogen fuelling solutions, starting with a joint feasibility study in the second half of 2022.

HYON is planning to develop a faster compressed hydrogen fuelling solution for large vessels, which will allow them to refill fuel tanks with 1000 kg of hydrogen in 30 minutes.
