TORM acquires Danish green equipment manufacturer

TORM A/S has purchased an ownership stake of 75% in ME Production (MEP), a Danish industrial company specializing in the development and production of advanced and green marine equipment.

Torm previously established a joint scrubber venture with Guangzhou Shipyard International and ME Production in 2018.
