Greek shipowner orders additional EGCS retrofits
Safe Bulkers, the Greek shipowner, has confirmed placing orders for four additional exhaust gas cleaning system retrofits. The retrofit installations are scheduled by the end of H1 2023. The company has specified Alfa Laval PureSOx scrubbers for the installations, extending a long standing relationship. Safe Bulkers has opted for Alfa Laval PureSOx exhaust gas cleaning systems on 21 of its bulk carriers.
