CMES, BHP and DNV to collaborate on GHG emissions digitalisation pilot

China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES), BHP and DNV have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on a joint pilot project to improve industry value chain greenhouse gas (GHG) management. The project envisages data exchange through DNV’s Veracity platform becoming a single trusted common source of data truth for GHG emissions reporting for purposes including Scope 3 reporting and CII verification.
