Stretched Dutch Design Targets Extra-Long Freight

A stretched version of the proven Ecobox multi-purpose cargo vessel series is set to make its debut with Dutch operator Symphony Shipping. The 12,500dwt Symphony Atlantic combines greater scope for long-length freight and project cargoes with increased fuel efficiency through the integration of an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) waste heat generator in the propulsion system.
