BV and ThorCon advance molten salt nuclear power barge project

Nuclear power technology developer ThorCon has signed an agreement with Bureau Veritas for the Technology Qualification and the subsequent development of a 500 MW nuclear power barge for operations in Indonesia. The power barge will be powered by molten salt fission technology.
