Completion of yard facility sale in Sweden
Bergen Group refers to the stock exchange message from 19 November 2009 stating that the company had signed a letter of intent regarding the sale of its hull shipyard in Landskrona, Sweden.
The final agreement has now been signed and yard area, fixed assets and inventories are now sold from Landskronavarvet AB to Øresundvarvet AB.
The activity at the Swedish hull shipyard has been phased out since the last hull delivery in August 2009.
