Berg Propulsion support for ZF Marine
Following its decision in 2012 to exit the Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) business, global marine technologies company, ZF Marine, has signed a support agreement with Singapores Berg Propulsion.
Under the agreement, Berg Propulsion will take over ongoing after sales and service support of all ZF Marine CPP systems worldwide with immediate effect.
The two companies are actively working together to complete activities to ensure the smooth transition of the service and support going forward.
Matthias Benz, head of propulsion systems, ZF Marine, said: “We trust that our customers are well supported by Berg Propulsion through this transition.”
Berg Propulsion offers 24 hours a day service support to any shipping company worldwide.
