Dutch set up outfitting yard in Germany

Dutch Shipyard Royal Bodewes has sent the first of two sea-going newbuildings to neighbouring Germany to be fitted out after creating a new outfitting yard in Papenburg in space rented from local shipowner Schulte & Bruns, reports Tom Todd.
