    Solvang orders propulsion upgrade to meet EEXI standards

    MAN Energy Solutions’ PrimeServ after-service team is to provide a propulsion upgrade for a 2007/2008 gas carrier owned by Solvang ASA. The propulsion upgrade also includes the introduction of main-engine power limitation and optimisation of the existing CP propeller and aft-ship system to enable it to meet impending EEXI regulations.
