Australia investigates LH2 carrier malfunction

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) is investigating a gas pressure control equipment malfunction on board the Suiso Frontier after the ship had loaded liquefied hydrogen at Western Port, Hastings, Victoria.
