Havyard developing worlds largest hydrogen fuel cell system
Ship designer Havyard plans to finalise the design of its ‘high capacity hydrogen energy system’ and submit it for preliminary approval from the Norwegian Maritime Authority (NMA) by the end of 2020. The project anticipates the design of the most powerful maritime fuel cell system, a 3.2MW proton exchange membrane (PEM) system.
