Maersk looks to accelerate green fuel production in Egypt

Maersk and Egyptian authorities have signed a partnership agreement to explore the establishment of large-scale green fuel production in Egypt.

The General Authority for Suez Development Economic Zone issued a preliminary approval to a 1GW waste to hydrogen facility at East Suez Port in February 2022.
