RINA announces appointment of new ceo

Classification society RINA s.p.a has announced the appointment of Carlo Luzzatto as the future CEO and General Director of RINA S.p.A. The formal confirmation of the appointment will be made at the same time as the conclusion of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento’s acquisition of a minority stake in RINA S.p.A. This is expected to be concluded before the end of the year.
