The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) has announced the appointment of Alexander Prokopakis as its new Executive Director. Prokopakis will take up the role on 1 September 2023.

Thierry Hochoa has been appointed chief financial officer at GTT, with effect from 4 September 2023.

Silverstream Technologies has appointed Catriona Savage as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Dr Edmund Hughes has been appointed as the permanent representative of bunker representative association IBIA at the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Dr Hughes will take up the role on 1 September 2023.
