Boxship owner books EGCSs from new Dutch supplier

New Netherlands-based exhaust gas cleaning system (EGCS) supplier Value Maritime has booked a deal to supply three Visser Shipping container ships with hybrid ready scrubbers, with an option for a fourth installation.

Visser Shipping has ordered hybrid-ready EGCS systems from Netherlands-based supplier, Value Maritime, for three of its fleet of container ships, such as the 141-metre long 809 TEU Sven D (pictured).
