Epic Gas expands its services
Epic Gas Ltd’s recent order of two 11,000m³ vessels from Japan’s Kyokuyo Shipyard Corporation has increased its fleet size to better target the LPG and petrochemical markets.
The vessels will be on longterm charter from Kumiai Senpaku Co Ltd of Japan and the first will be built by Sasaki Shipyard Co Ltd for delivery in 2015. The second will be built by Kyokuyo, due for delivery in 2016.
The company has also purchased two modern second hand vessels due for delivery in early 2014 – the 5,000m³ Epic St George and the 7,200m³ Epic Barbados.
Epic has also set up a a new office in London to better serve its client base in the region which will be operational from February 2014.
