Paris MOU calls for more awareness about vessel stability

The Paris Memorandum of Understanding (Paris MoU) on Port State Control carried out a Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on stability jointly with the Tokyo MOU between September 1, 2021 and December 1, 2021 and found the results ambiguous.
