Rolls-Royce acquires Italian automation specialist
Rolls-Royce has announced the acquisition of Italian marine automation and yacht bridge specialist, Team Italia/Onyx Marine. The two companies have collaborated on joint development projects since 2019. The acquisition is expected to extend Rolls-Royce Power Systems’ offering for yachts as part of its ‘bridge to propeller’ strategy.
