Tanker owner sentenced for concealing deliberate pollution

Liquimar Tankers Management Services Inc. and Evridiki Navigation Inc. have received a US$3 million criminal fine and a five-year period of probation after concealing deliberate pollution.

The Evridiki was inspected by the U.S. Coast Guard in Big Stone Anchorage, within Delaware Bay after a delivery of crude oil in 2019.
