Wärtsilä is to supply its new, future-proofed engine for a 44 metre stern trawler being built for Faroe Islands operator, Vardin.

Wärtsilä will supply its latest addition to the company’s engine portfolio, the Wärtsilä 25, for a new 44-metre long stern trawler which is owned by Faroe Island operator Vardin.
