ABB confirms turbocharging business spin off
ABB has announced it will spin off Accelleron (formerly ABB Turbocharging), its market-leading turbocharging division. Accelleron will list on SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich on 3 October 2022, subject to approval from ABB’s shareholders among others.
