Arctech lays keel for Sovcomflot PSV

Arctech Helsinki Shipyards held a keel laying ceremony on 17 December for a new icebreaking platform supply vessel (PSV) ordered by Sovcomflot under a long-term agreement with Sakhalin Energy.

The icebreaking PSC is one of four vessels contracted by Sakhalin Energy to Sovcomflot and ix under construction at Arctech Helsinki.
