Baltic Workboats converts ferry to hybrid

TS Laevad, a subsidiary of Tallinna Sadam, has signed an agreement with the Estonian shipbuilding company Baltic Workboats to rebuild the ferry Tõll into an environmentally-friendly hybrid ship.
