GERMAN YARD LOSES TT-LINE CONTRACT

Australian company TT-Line has cancelled contracts for two 48,000gt ro-pax ferries at Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft(FSG) in Germany and plans instead to take the project to re-emergent Finnish shipbuilder Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC), writes David Tinsley.

TT-Line’s next generation of ro-pax vessels will now be built at RMC's shipyard in Finland (credit: RMC).
