JFE STEEL SIGNS CHARTERS FOR 3 x JAPANESE BUILT DF NEWCASTLEMAXES
Japanese steelmaker JFE Steel Corporation has signed long-term charter agreements with NYK Line, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line) and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) for 3 x LNG-fuelled Newcastlemaxes. The vessels, which have been designed by Nihon Shipyard and will be built by Japan Marine United and Imabari Shipbuilding, are scheduled for delivery from the beginning of 2024.
